Maximum Bands is a booking agency, a network, a management company, an art and promotions company, web designer, photographer, and a source to get any kind of music anywhere for any kind of event or venue. Our core beliefs are to get in the trenches and be hands on at as many shows as possible. We meet venue owners and make it easier for them to manage events by being one source to handle the bands on site. Maximum Bands is run by a musician with 25 years of experience, so we know both sides of the coin and can run a show if needed from load in to load out.

Owner and President Rich Rubin had this idea back in 2004 while working for a top booking agency in Northern VA. He had the notion that one agency could handle all of Florida with any kind of music. So he moved his family and got the ball rolling with a small but growing roster of diverse bands and Disc Jockeys. Then the tribute band explosion started with AC/DC Tribute Highway To Hell, and everything changed. That band blew crowds away and venue and event managers were believing tribute bands were a viable way to get bigger crowds that stayed longer. Soon bookings would not only encompass Florida with this band and a growing roster, Maximum Bands started booking other states as well. Then we booked a few dates for the VH-1 classic “Metal Mania Stripped Tour” and that opened doors to theaters and national signed band bookings and relationships with major agencies nationwide.

6 years later Maximum Bands has booked over 24 states, is now a player in the College and Casino markets, and has a roster of over 60 loyal bands (over 30 tribute acts included), 12 Disc Jockeys and a massive network to get any kind of act anywhere.
